Voicemail

Standard Voicemail with Enhanced Features:

  • Receive notification of voice messages via text messages to your mobile phone.
  • Read voice messages as email attachments.
  • Retrieve and manage voice messages online.

Premier Voicemail with Advanced Messaging:

  • Have calls redirected to a customized list of alternate numbers
  • Receive a fax when you receive a voicemail message.
  • Retrieve and manage voice messages online.
  • Forward faxes sent to your phone to a number/machine where you can view/print them, or to an email address.
  • Create up to four additional mailboxes for the same telephone number.
  • Record messages and set them up for future delivery to any number, including yours (reminders), up to 180 days in advance.
  • Forward your phone to other lines depending on where you are (Find/Follow Me).

Caller ID

Caller ID displays the 10-digit telephone number of an incoming call. The number displays between the first and second ring cycle. Caller ID supports numbers within our Custom Local Area Signaling Services (CLASS) region.

Call Waiting

With Call Waiting, you'll hear a tone when someone calls and you are already on the phone.  When you hear the tone, you can do one of three things:

  • End the call
  • Switch between two callers
  • Ignore the Call Waiting tone

Includes Cancel Call Waiting feature

Features & Benefits

  • While you are on the phone, a tone alerts you that another call is coming in. You'll hear the Call Waiting tone up to three times.
  • You don't miss important calls.

Call Forwarding

Call Forwarding lets you transfer your incoming calls to another number. You can turn Call Forwarding on and off on demand. You select the number where calls will be forwarded—local, measured or long distance.

Features & Benefits

  • Easy to forward calls on demand.
  • Your phone rings briefly to remind you that Call Forwarding is active. When you receive an incoming call, you'll hear a brief ring.
  • You can still make outgoing calls while Call Forwarding is active.
  • You can forward calls to a number outside your local calling area; you will be charged the appropriate rates for any forwarded calls.

  • Call-by-Call Allocation enables all channels to be used for inbound or outbound calls at any time
  • Dedicated Trunk Groups: channels can be configured as stand-alone trunk groups
  • DID Capability: Allows incoming calls to reach a specific number served by a PBX without the use
    of a call attendant
  • Caller ID with name included
