--Hargray sponsors Rotary Club oyster roast--

Beaufort, S.C., November 5, 2011 – The Rotary Club of the Lowcountry hosted their 15^th Annual Family Oyster Roast on November 5^th at Live Oaks Park in Beaufort. Attendees enjoyed a feast of oysters, hot dogs and chili while listening to live music from some of Beaufort’s best local performers. In addition to sponsoring the event, Hargray also provided manpower. Rotary Club member and Hargray employee Graham Sommerall cooked and shucked oysters for throngs of hungry Beaufort locals.

“We’re really happy to be out here, helping a great organization that works for the betterment of local businesses and the local community,” noted Sommerall, a member of Hargray’s Business Sales team, bushel of oysters in hand.

The Rotary Club of the Lowcountry is a major supporter of local charities, and proceeds from the event will benefit non-profit organizations in Beaufort.
