Hargray also owns and operates the only fully computerized, self-monitoring headend in the area, featuring troubleshooting procedures that identify and correct issues before customers feel any impact. Our headend and central office reside in Pritchardville, South Carolina, atop the highest point in all of Beaufort County, and outside the flood range of a 100-year storm surge. In addition, our fiber-optic nodes are fully redundant, providing automatic backup if a component fails, thereby ensuring always-on service.
